Would has loved the app only if the sign in issues are fixed, I can sign in through browser but it has been failing always on the App. Please address this.

App keep refreshing in the background and resets current view and have to scroll back to what ever car I was looking at. Annoying.

Don’t waste your time these people play to many games. I put in my order for a vehicle waited 3 days no one called to say if I was approved or not on 4th day I called went through credit check was told they will call me back in 30 minutes never got a call back from them. I called 2 more times but still no assistance. So I took business to Carvana got my vehicle and approval in minutes car will be here in 2 days super easy process.. Also if your still thinking about using Vroom I suggest you check them out on BBB and look at all the cases and bad reviews against them I’m so glad I dodged a potential bullet from buying from VROOM.
