We booked a reservation on the desktop that showed we had 24 hours to change. Nobody answered the phone at 888/640-7927. The app does not offer anything except search and book. It seems to be a common mobile app with bare function. Not useful.

Ok, if the owner gets back to me in a few days and that is clearly stated in their page, why does VRBO delete the request in 24 hours? Stressing me out guys. Not what I want in a vacation website. Thankfully the owner was able to answer the next morning (well within my initial expectations).
