We just booked—want to upgrade—no response – Vrbo Vacation Rentals Review

We booked a reservation on the desktop that showed we had 24 hours to change. Nobody answered the phone at 888/640-7927. The app does not offer anything except search and book. It seems to be a common mobile app with bare function. Not useful.
