This app pays for itself once you get your VPN going. I have had a great time so far in the 30 days I've been using it. The connection is smoove. The connection has never dropped, and the customer service is fantastic. They helped me get familiarized with how the VPN works, and how I would know my VPN is working properly. Highly recommend.

I’ve used different VPN’s in the past for work and for the private sector. Express VPN has been the best and most consistent for me. I would recommend it to all.
Drops connection frequently

Live in Texas and travel to Arkansas frequently. Main connection is the Dallas server. The VPN drops connection (which completely cuts off all internet) multiple times a day and sometimes takes minutes to reconnect. Sometimes very frustrating
Disconnecting and Swapping Locations

Several times I have checked the app to find out I was disconnected from the vpn service, with NO notification! Also, when swapping from one vpn location to another it does not connect. It starts to connect, then stays at “connecting” forever.
Cuba shuts down express vpn

Express vpn does not work from Cuba since about the 18th of October . I can’t connect and have tried all the possibilities. Tim
Trouble logging on to WiFi

Some WiFi station will not log on until you turn vpn off but I’ve been able to turn back on after getting on WiFi.
Constant “expire soon” message
