The app doesn’t let you use WiFi when it is connected.

Ever since the new update where the logo/app icon changed, I’ve been having a lot of issues with connectivity. I assume it has something to do with the update, but it probably also has something to do with increased popularity/use. My vpn connection constantly drops and sometimes takes minutes to reestablish - sometimes not at all and I have to choose another location to get a connection. I feel like it happens the most after closing my screen, but sometimes it’s in the middle of working on something. I’m hoping this gets worked out and I don’t plan to quit using express, but it’s starting to get to the frustration level of looking at other options.

It’s been almost a month it doesn’t work

We already paid for a yearly package. However, since the middle of last month(which we just start buying VPN!!) we can not use it. Contact them but they don't refund us. They said they give us free 2 weeks.. Which is whatever(because we can not use this!!) I recommend you use another VPN survive.

So far so good. Stable, reliable just as advertized. My ip masked as promised.I enjoy content outside my region. Customer service wonderful. They are patient and knowledgeable in what they do.

Express VPN latest causing Wi-Fi connection issues

Since the last week, I have two devices that will not connect with well-known APs (home, other previously cached SSIDs). Not sure what changed but when I disable the VPN, ‘voila’ it works. I think there is a race condition when the VPN was previously connected over cellular and tries to reestablish on Wi-Fi. I cannot find any debug on the phone app though
