I can see my home from Africa, I get to speak to my 2 year old the camera, I am very pleased with their service and this app. I was able to see someone trying to get in late at night thanks to the cameras and alerts I received from the app. I highly recommend the app and their security system.

My main complaint is the doorbell camera. It has Bennett a consistent problem - recording less than half of the time. I’ll have a notification that the doorbell detected a visitor, but no video. I’ll have a package delivered, but no video. I’ve called customer service over and over. I was sent a new router. Did nothing but interrupt everything else. I’m ready to switch companies. This is a hot mess.

The app works great! I use it more then the panel. Easy to use. Works perfect. Looks great!
Landscape Orientation iPad

Please add the ability to adjust orientation to landscape. Most iPad users use landscape as their natural orientation when viewing/using application.

Issue with Push to talk button on Mobile App!

I absolutely love the system. But lately Neither my doorbell or ping camera (two way talk) Communication work. Will not allow me to talk through the mobile app. Shortly happened after I deleted the app and re-download it. Can you please fix this issue.
