This app used to be amazing. It no longer is. Vinted has made many changes over the last several months that are hurtful to sellers. Their most recent changes are my breaking point - I'll no longer be selling on this app and will stick with poshmark. The most recent feedback change allows for users to give negative ratings to buyers based on fit of the clothing, USPS shipping times, and how "pretty" the packaging is. Don't have the time or money to elaborately wrap items you sell in tissue paper, ribbon, thank you cards, and stickers? Now you can get a negative even if the item is as described and you followed Vinted's rules. Customer service is nonexistent...it's hard to find and takes forever to get a response. Members can harass you on the forums - the blocking feature simply prevents you from seeing their posts. But these members can still comment on your items and tag you in the forums. Vinted is no longer a fun place to buy and sell clothing.

This app is a POS.. Absolute worst customer support... It's a joke. Everyone complains about the BS changes they keep making and they do nothing to make it better, only continue to make it worse. Worst selling app, don't waste your time.

This app used to be awesome. Now there are so many changes that its impossible to sell. Dump the trending feed, its useless and users hate it. Customer support is horrible. The new ambassador needs to go, she ignores issues at hand.

Horrible Customer support. They don't follow they're rules for sellers. People can return your item just because they didn't like it or changed their mind! Don't waste your time! I already took off all my business out of that crap.

I'm okay with this app. It's not good, it's not bad, it's just okay. I've sold 2 things on here and swapped once. I think it's nice that we get to track packages and it's really easy to get the money from things you've sold. what I dislike is the high shipping prices. they're ridiculous. for a medium sized item it costs $5.99 to ship! that's crazy, and it's preventing me from selling my items. No matter how cheap I sell things, people still do not want to pay due to high shipping costs. I think it needs to go down a few bucks and then I'll reconsider staying on this app or not.

Useless updates and customer service. I'm using poshmark now. Too bad vinted was great when I forayed started selling two years ago. They've gone down hill. Useless updates like moving forum tab..... Or rating system.

Can't share, can't organize, terrible customer support, postings look messy. That new feed is terrible. When they first started it was fine but now it's frustrating. Oh well I'll stick to Poshmark.

I was notified that my package was delivered on the 3rd. I told the lady on the 5th that I didn't have it. She told me something happened with the post office that she was sending it again. Ok it's now the 14th I still don't have it even though I got notified again that it had been delivered on the 12th. I finally contacted customer support and they told me "check with your post office, we can only suspend the transaction for two days then we will pay the seller since the status is delivered." I shouldn't have to pay for something I never received. Seriously don't have a lot of money in life decide to treat myself to a 10 dollar shirt and I get scammed out of my ten bucks.
