Used it for 2 years, recent glitches involving postage have not only cost me money out of my own pocket but have cost me sales, numerous times. Contacted customer service numerous times looking for a solution and they were terrible. Literally had requests for it to be fixed ignored. Deleted and not looking back. I would rather deal with local consignment shops than this and that's saying something

I loved Vinted before the stupid update. Now I can't get the app to stop crashing and half the time if won't open at all. How am I supposed to trust an app with my credit card info when it's so sketchy?

I updated it so hopefully it won't randomly crash. I wish you guys just had a flat rate option for shipping costs. It's honestly a little too much considering some of the items on VINTED are so cheap. Some sites that are resale sites have a flat rate shipping fee of $5. Just a suggestion. What gives VINTED the upper hand in comparison to other sites where I can resell my clothing is the percentage VINTED takes if I have a higher priced item. If I sell something for $60, VINTED will only take $5 from the sale versus other apps that still take 20%. It gets to be a chunk of money taken from sales after a while. Lastly, there should be a better way to get involved in the VINTED community. Creating posts in the discussion thread should be easily accessible through the app, but instead I still have to go online to the webpage if I choose to do that.

I use Vinted as a clearing house of sorts for items that are slightly more roughed-up or otherwise thrift store bound. It's definitely not the place to get top dollar for nice things though, I have much more luck on Poshmark and Tradesy for that. ?

I've been using this app for a few weeks now, thought I'd give it a try. Today I get notice I need to post receipts for all my vintage designer products. Who keeps receipts on all products from years ago?!? Markings and serials validate authenticity! What a waste of time, other than if all you're selling is TOMS & Ugg boots! Sticking to poshmark for sure.

I love this app. Idk what everyone else is talking about, but it rarely crashes on me. Also, I've tried other selling apps and this is the best one in my opinion. People on Poshmark try to haggle too much and Poshmark takes such a large percentage. Vinted only takes up to $5! They make everything so simple and easy for new users.

I absolutely love this app. My favorite of all-time. That bright said, I have spent a lot of time on it and have accumulated a lengthy closet of favorites. My only grievance is that my closet is a lot to sort through. I suggest that you guys update the app to where Vinties can sort through their favs by category, size, or color. Besides that, I have no complaints ?

Very easy to sell things. Wish they gave a bit more options as well as clothing brands to choose from. But by far my favorite app to sell clothing on!

Been on here for over two years. Used to sell and be active wth the community. Now it basically has to become a part time job to even make a sale because they make so many changes. Customer support is terrible, there are so many scammers and inactive accounts. Most users are leaving that have been on here for years due to the changes. The new users are nasty and demanding, nothing like what it used to be. Don't even bother posting in forums because you get bashed or no one responds. People have been known to destroy clothes once they arrive just to get a refund if they end up not liking the item. It's become such an awful place to sell. You would be better off on other platforms
