No support - don’t buy or sell on here unless you enjoy getting robbed
where it could be better
There is no support from this company whatsoever if you have a problem. I bought a pair of boots from a seller who said they were in good condition. Not mentioning a broken heel is not good condition. They told me I need to pay return shipping to send them back. If I would’ve done that I wouldn’t have gotten anything back at all. They let the seller keep the money. I sold a pair shoes to a lowballing buyer. She said they weren’t as described. I asked her to send them back. She didn’t. They let her keep my money. There’s no support on either side. I’m done.

This girl was SO sweet and my purchase felt so personalized to me! The item was in the exact conduction that was listed and she sent me a keychain, and a thank you card that had a note directly to me. Defffff recommend!!

If you make a purchase, and the seller send you a damaged product, no matter how much you paid, you will not get a cent back. Vinted will tell you to return the item, you will pay for return shipping, and that after them taking 24 hours to respond for over a week, they will continue making up reasons they can’t give you you’re money back. Google their reviews online—many people say the same. Do not buy!

I have had this app for over 4 years. Most of my items would sell. But now nothing has sold or even been favorited in soo long. My clothes and shoes are cute and low priced so it’s not my clothes. I just don’t think this app is working anymore.
