No support - don’t buy or sell on here unless you enjoy getting robbed – Vinted USA Review

There is no support from this company whatsoever if you have a problem. I bought a pair of boots from a seller who said they were in good condition. Not mentioning a broken heel is not good condition. They told me I need to pay return shipping to send them back. If I would’ve done that I wouldn’t have gotten anything back at all. They let the seller keep the money. I sold a pair shoes to a lowballing buyer. She said they weren’t as described. I asked her to send them back. She didn’t. They let her keep my money. There’s no support on either side. I’m done.
