I’m a loyal actively purchasing customer. I was blocked for not answering back, when I don’t always check this app. The issues were between the seller and vinted not me. I’m very disappointed with this, and have tried to reach out to the company but no one will write back

Couldn’t even create a username. “Please enter a real name.” *types in my name* “Error. Please enter a real name. Can include letters, numbers, and symbols.” Ok. *adds numbers and symbols to name* “Please enter a real name.” Just for the hell of it, I used one of the names the app PERSONALLY RECOMMENDED for me. Still got an error message lol. Sticking with Depop??

i use the same picture 5 different selling app and the only app delete my listing is Vinted. even i have permission from the manufacturers they keep delete my listing. and they dont refund my bump money so such a wasting time and money. poshmark is way better than this.

The seller canceled my transaction. It’s been over 2 weeks and I still don’t have my money back. The agents don’t u defat and what I’m saying. They just keep repeating themselves like they aren’t even reading my messages. Iv asked to speak with a manager a week ago. Still haven’t spoke to anyone, and they still have $35 of my money. The worst selling app I have yet to use. I have selling accounts with Mercari, Poshmark and Depop. THIS APP IS A JOKE. Use only if you want your money stolen
