listen, i just had my first transaction finish this week and this was the easiest process i have ever had on a selling app. mercari, depop, letgo, offerup, poshmark, ive sold on all of these apps. Vinted is where it’s at. Just try it. they take care of shipping labels, you just have to print it. there are 3 shippings options based on price. chefs kiss. love it. also, it’s not persistent about telling you to sell. your little store just stays up, you get notifications if someone favorites or purchases your items but they don’t bother you so Allow those notifications!

Someone purchased an expensive perfume from me, Vinted sends shipping label. I mail the item out , then 2 days later they cancel the order. Due to suspicious activity on buyers end. I am now out $50 for my perfume, I have contacted them multiple times, even opened a case with BBB and still no response. Sell on Mercari! Something like this would never happen!

I've used Vinted for years and have had almost 200 transactions both as a buyer and a seller. I have recently had an issue with being refunded after a buyer canceled my order because she brought the package to USPS and it was overweight. They did not accept the package as they informed her I would have to pay extra upon delivery if she sent it out. She asked if it would be OK if she cancelled the order so I could rebuy with a higher shipping cost. That's fine, things happen. However, what is not fine is the way Vinted is choosing to only partially refund me. I am only being partially refunded for this order as they are insisting the label was used and the package is en route. However, the seller assured this was not the case and it is true because the new package with the higher shipping label is on it's way. How can the same package be on its way, twice? I've sent screenshots of everything to Vinted and their joke of a customer service department is telling me I should handle this issue with the seller outside of Vinted. I was under the impression this was against policy? Also, Vinted charges a buyer protection fee on all orders yet when the buyer actually needs protection all they could send is sad face emojis, what a complete joke. It's only a few dollars that I'm losing out on after not being refunded the shipping cost for the original offer, but it's the principle of things and how poorly Vinted handles common sense issues (or lack of handling). Why should I have to pay for the seller's mistake? Every time a seller cancels I should expect to lose out on my payment? I'll be rethinking my usage of this app due to the terrible customer service received.

Beware Vinted does not protect their sellers!! I attempted to sell items on here and the buyer had requested a refund stating it wasn’t what she expected. I had OFFERED 100% to refund her money but the buyer made no attempts to return my item back. Vinted sighted that they are not obligated to return the items and that needed to be discussed with the buyer and seller. Read reviews online a lot more sellers on here are scammed. Just beware.
