Inventory issues with newest iPhone update

If you take photos on your phone to upload into vin. Do not update to newest iPhone software. Once you do. The phone will not allow vin app to access the photos. It will go from take new or access screen and completely close the app. Trying to get tech support.

The app is absolutely terrible. Constantly crashes, logs me out, gives me errors, etc. my favorite part of it all is when you go to send an email to customer support through the app (when it works), they didn’t put a “SEND” button! It’s like VinSolutions doesn’t want to fix their problems as long as they’re collecting dollars from your dealership. If I had a say I’d dump this joke of a system.

App is not updated to IOS 12. Will not even allow you to reply to an email anymore.

This app is really helpful with scanning vin # and pushing to Vauto and scanning driver licenses, but why is it that the notifications turn themselves off? I would like to know when another salesperson takes my customers and my money! Plz fix

Apparently considered to be one of the front runners in dealership CRM’s, their apps are downright disappointing. There is not one positive thing I can say it does well.

This CRM was presented as a simple system that is easy to use but It is the complete opposite! They have updates everyday with unnecessary features which adds tasks that have to be completed. This system is NOT for a high volume dealer.

I guess this app if going away so this doesn’t matter, sadly it’s replacement, which is already live is actually worse if you are a manager. You can’t see appts for the next day so that you can prepare yourself and your team. You can’t see sold-pending deals. Sometimes you can’t reply to people or see comments.
