I love Vin Mobile. It works great. I just wish it would log our calls when we call a number from Vin Mobile stating we called.

Uses too much device Storage, if your someone that uses this app daily it will eat up a lot of storage. In 3 months time I've used 10GB of my iPhone's Storage. The only way you can free up this space is by deleting the app. We need a clear data option.

The program is a nice extension to the web based application. Makes entering information into the system very easy and the mobility of scanning in a vin for a trade. But, ever since they released the latest update the app has basically turned completely useless. It now freezes when entering info in. It will crash by trying to clear out daily tasks. There is now a random error message that one you get you have to delete and reinstall the app again. Would be great if they tested this out before releasing to the dealers. Pay a lot of money to use this service and would be great if it actually works.

The app has so much more potential. The other reviews are right and it has been crashing often. The scanners are a great tool. Would be better if you receive notifications from the app and not text message. Definitely not able to do as much on the app as you can do on the website. Not bad enough for me to delete the app since it does come in handy even with the annoyances.

The issues with the update have been corrected the app is working at full speed incredibly convenient for on the lot traffic

I was very excited to get this system at my dealership and I even bought an iPad Pro just for work. Well after downloading the app and attempting to use it, like other reviewers have stated it's pretty much useless. Get your stuff together Vin Solutions, you make a good internet site, too bad your app fails miserably
