I’m at the mercy of my company that this is their choice of a CRM, I really don’t get how this was approved over Dealer Socket!
Horrible app

Half the time nothing works write. Great concept but poorly executed. On computer the system works great but once you try to anything on mobile app forget it. Keep having to uninstall and reinstall to get through bugs and glitches

Title say it all. Works only about 20% of the time. For the amount of money Cox Automotive charges dealers, capital is obviously not a problem. For people like me that can’t always be at a desk to use the website, this is completely unacceptable. Needs a complete rebuild!

Horrible app!!!! Very low quality, doesn’t function properly. They should revise the app and make it better.
Can’t even take a lead from the app

Defeats the whole purpose of it for me. Only thing it’s good for is adding trades.
Can’t disconnect call

When using click to call. It won’t let me disconnect call. I deleted app and downloading again. I wish there was a simpler way to have all your customers on one page from day one to day 30. Simpler would be better. The app for management works great. But for employee there is way too many filters that don’t help sell cars, just restrictions.
Better off using full site

This app is almost completely pointless. The full site is functional on almost every browser. I had hoped to use this for notifications, at the very least, since I’m a BDC manager and not always sitting at my desk when a lead arrives. Forget it. Even if you leave the app open at all times, the notifications reset and get cleared out.
