STILL not updated for the iPhone 6 Plus

The iPhone 6 Plus came out in 2015. This app still does not natively support the resolution. I'm on a 6S Plus, and will probably be on a 7 Plus this fall. Will this app get updated for the "new" size before the third generation of 5.5" phones is out? Don't count on it.

This is the worst CRM. Very cumbersome and annoying. It doesn't work well with internet departments. The app crashes all the time when you are scanning a license. Terrible customer support. Whoever created this CRM should have talked with someone who actually sold cars.

This app does nothing but crash and never works. We switched to vin solutions and we hate it.

What a hunk of garbage. You can only do about 10% of what needs to be done with this app. It needs to be the full vinsolutions package in one app. Not just some terrible cookie cutter version.

Hey guys, you've developed an amazing website tool. However The app just needs a little working. I know you guys are capable ! This is a must : when searching for customers I would like to be able to scroll through my database instead of entering a name. If I'm making routine calls I won't be knowing the names I'm calling by heart !

Two years in and still no support for the new screen sizes introduced with iPhone 6 and 6+. App frequently crashes, is devoid of most basic features (showroom log, sold log, advanced search) and just shows a total lack of effort. VIN is happy to take their thousands from my auto group every month but won't give us a usable product. I'd give zero stars if I could.

This app is atrocious. It is basically just a shell, as in it looks great on the outside, but when you start getting into the different tabs, nothing shows up. For instance, when I go to my inventory, nothing shows up on the page and I can't count on it to show me anything in the other parts of the app either. As stated in another review, my auto group spends an exorbitant amount of money on this app that is little more than trash. I, too, would give it zero stars if I could.

THIS IS A GREAT CRM SYSTEM AND UNLIKE MOST CRM SYSTEMS IVE USED THE MOBILE APPLICATION IS USELESS AND THIS APPLICATION IF USED CORRECTLY HAS A TON OF CAPABILITIES SUCH AS INVENTORY, SCAN VIN OFF VEHICLES, AND SCAN OPTIONS TO SCAN SINS AND OTHER NECESSARY BARCODES. Highly recommend this app
Awful mobile app

The CRM is very good, but the mobile app is awful. It's very useful for adding customers and vehicles, but that is where the benefits end. The ability to perform follow-up via the mobile app is virtually non-existent.
