December 5, 2019 Latest update presents a splash screen for cloud service. The splash screen appears every time I open the app. Please get rid of this splash screen as it is very annoying and it now takes me a extra second or two to open to my camera. I keep tapping skip at the top right corner it keeps coming back. I will return 4 stars if u hi ou fet did of this splash screen. Thank you.

Everything works ok but since the new update every time I open the panel with the camera feeds, I’m prompted to purchase cloud services. Very annoying. Also, translation to English in general is very very poor, which makes the app overall look not professional

How long do I have to continue to see and be delayed by the cloud advertisement before getting to see my cameras? This is very annoying and unnecessary as I have seen the advertisements and if I wanted to purchase cloud space I would have already.

The clarity and functionality of Vimtag cameras are awesome. But the app is just ok. One thing that could be improved- get rid of the Cloud Storage advertisement splash screen. I have to skip it every single time and it’s annoying.

Seems to be an issue with IOS 11.4. Won’t access camera to add camera by scan. Issue with returning to screens within app. Back arrows don’t work. Have to exit out of app and reload. Annoying. Worked before. Same issue with iPad and iPhone. Motion settings still confusing when paired with DVR box. Just seems to record without any motion detected. Have adjusted sliders but still questionable results. I will say that the app seems 90% out of 100%. Update and get extra stars from me.

Can’t make any changes in Settings? Am unable to return to the previous screen when entering settings and also unable to set alarms. This needs to be corrected, what good is an app, if it doesn’t work? Does anyone test the app after changes are made? You guys need to find a new programmer.

The latest version broke the back arrows and the entire settings menu. You have to force quit the app if you click any of the settings. They never load or you can’t edit what settings do load and then you can’t go back to the main setting menu because the back arrows don’t work. I haven’t been able to edit my Recording Schedule or Alerts for several versions now. The recording schedule I did have is probably messed up as my camera now just records constantly until the SD card is full and then it stops. It doesn’t overwrite the old videos, just doesn’t record anymore. I haven’t gotten an alert/notifications for motion or a snapshot from a detected motion event saved to the SD card in months. And now I can’t even get to the settings to see what the problem is. (I also tried to access the settings on the website’s browser “Live Feed”, but it just will not load on a mobile browser and the website is outright blocked on my work computer.) Most of these issues with the app should have been caught and solved with testing before app deployment. The declining quality of the app, along with just the headaches of the past few versions, has me shopping for a different brand of camera. It’s a shame because the quality of the camera isn’t bad, it’s this interface that isn’t worth the $$.
