I’m not buying another Vimtag Camera until the App is Fixed!

Looking for a new camera. Since the latest update it doesn't hold login info, and you have to reset the sound everytime. It's a headache and going on over a week now. It's pointless to have this as it wastes to much time. Used to swear by Vimtag, shame. ?

Please fix login

Since the update, I get logged out everytime and have to relog in each time. Would rather have the previous version back!!

Please fix the issue of having to login every time I open the app. This was not a problem until the latest app update. Just to let me know you actually read my feedback, please be aware that I have already updated to the latest app version and I do not need an apology for the inconvenience.

This new update is so bad I swear! I have to log in every time I open the stupid app, I absolutely hate how I have to turn my phone to zoom in or see anything on my camera! And every since the update, my camera won’t turn right and the screen is freezing up!

It was an ok app but now constantly logs me off

First of all, in an age when you need to have different passwords for everything, and you especially should have a complex password for a camera, I have not memorized the password for my VIMTAG app. In the last two weeks I have been logged out of the app at least 3-4 times and I really needed it today but had to wait to I got home to get my password cheat sheet. I am done with this app. And to be honest, the way the cameras save videos is also terrible. I also have Amazon cameras where you just go to the camera app and can click on the last recorded video. I still have not figured out yet how to retrieve video from these stupid cameras but it is NOT as easy as just opening the app and seeing a list of your recently saved recordings and clicking on one. Save yourself the trouble and money and DO NOT BUY THESE CAMERAS.

Every time I open the app I get a message that the current network is unavailable and to perform a network diagnostic. I don’t know where this goes because I’ve also written the company and never gotten a reply. I constantly reboot the camera and it works while I’m in the house but when I try to use the camera/app from another location I get that message.

Camera is great app horrible

The app is so bad. It never works properly. Example, the alert does not work when it detects motion. The video will be there that it captured movement but no alert is ever sent. Also you can’t set specific times that you want recording or alerts... unless you want on the hour.

Every time they update they break it

Since the last update I can no longer see snapshots. Thank goodness it’s still records. Like Title every time they update they break it. They can never leave it alone when it’s working. Just tinker tinker tinker.

I have these cameras installed in my mother's home so I can monitor her from afar. She had a health problem and I was able to get help for her. When I had a problem with the camera Mike in support helped me over many days and never made me feel like I was a bother. He took care of my issue and I was up and running. I love the product and how the company stood by their product!
