Worst app ever

I’ve had these cameras and app for two years now, give or take. It’s always been a horrible app but it’s gone downhill from here making it useless. What’s happening now: 1. The time somehow registers incorrectly on videos and stills despite being set correctly in settings. Naturally this is bad for many reasons. 2. I used to get four notifications for every tiny little shift of a sunbeam. They supposedly fixed that and indeed it was better. For a month. In this place, the camera is in a spot where the light barely changes and yet it still takes dozens of pictures of nothing. 3. The pictures and video thumbnails don't match what the pics and videos actually are but are of much older stills/videos. 4. The videos are not even a second long and show nothing even when I’m the one that set it off by coming home. 5. I just got home and checked the feed of while I was gone and out of 10 stills over an hour, all of them were exactly the same: they were all the same image of my hand on the side of the frame. When again, no one was home and it caught no other “movement.” (It feels very Adams Family...) 6. I get ZERO notifications now. Seriously, no notifications for anything although my settings are the same. 7. The settings say it’s set to continuous recording (although that’s not what it’s doing) but it won’t let me turn it off. This would explain why my SD card was almost full even though I haven’t used it in awhile. So basically, unless I can find another app to interface with my cameras, I’m going to have to spend money I don’t have (read: charge) to buy new cameras from a much more highly-rated company because this is absolutely the worst app I’ve ever used. I’ve only used it this long because it was marginally useful before but now it’s not even that. The only thing it seems decent at is a live view so for like checking in on your dogs. Otherwise, don’t bother.

Is there an update coming soon? When I go into settings to set up a recording schedule or do anything in settings it won’t come back to the main menu.

Can’t Record or set Alarm

2 stars because the live camera function works. Other than that the device is useless without the capability to use the Recod or Alarm function in the app. Plus, in-app instructions aren’t in English. You’re selling an expensive product that has many flaws.
Notifications/ Alarm not working

I’ve restarted the app and reset the camera and I’m still not getting notifications, it’s not allowing me active notification button. The alarm tab is blank with I click to active it.

As of today the motion to detector ‘s do not work and all it does is filled 24 seven. You can no longer take still frames. This company has zero customer support or tech. I am wishing I have never invested as much money as I had with this company. PS if I could give it zero stars I would.If I could do it all over again I would never do it this way.
Motion detection stopped

At some points in the last week motion detection notification stopped on all cameras. The option for that in the app is gone. Motion detection notification is very important. Please bring it back.
Version 4.9.1 is buggy

Alarm GUI non existent on two of my three cameras since this update. Impossible to configure. Tried everything. Used to work. :-(

Updates seem to improve speed of camera interactivity. Thank you for that. Please add feature when viewing recorded videos on SD card the ability to delete MULTIPLE videos instead of just one at a time. This would be very very helpful. Can do this by adding a “Select” button, then tapping all the videos you want to delete, then select delete! Another feature I hope you can add is the ability to put a mark or “Star” on select videos, signifying that they are important and we want to keep them for future viewing. Thank you.
