Decent app. Better than nothing.

The app is pretty terrible. Frequently having to close and reopen the app so the camera will connect is annoying. Any time you navigate away from the app, check your texts, or your phone locks, you’ll have to close and reopen the app to connect the camera. The responsiveness of the camera movements is also poor - often times not moving at all then all of a sudden will make all the movements at once and you just have to wait for it to stop freaking out. If I had to do it over again, I’d probably spring for a higher end Camera with a better developed app.

Crashes constantly after this latest update. Terrible. They Completely went back to old format. Can’t Review more than one video then it crashes every time Updated may 21. Latest rev fixed issue. Too bad it took a month to do so.

From last 3-4 months, I have been trying to fix the issue with support team that my vimtag camera stopped detecting motion and when it does the app doesn’t send notification at all. After sitting with support team, issues didn’t get resolved. Vimtag team doesn’t accept that Camera is faulty and also the new app update has the worst confusing menu that doesn’t let you select the motion detection or monitoring control.

After this latest update single pictures are fuzzy and you can’t share them. It’s always with this app once I get it working they’ve got a tinker with it it breaks.Also there is no customer service or tech-support. The way it is now that you cannot send a picture I cannot in good conscience recommend these cameras to anyone.Also someone is saying promise fixed when it is not. Please fix problem for real.
