Great until you want to pay your bill.

The app is glitchy and annoying if you make even one mistake. But it is easy to use and too easy to spend all your money. However if you have an Angels card don't bother trying to pay via your phone. I have waited over 4 min for the page to load. I would think bc the security is just so good but every other page you want to enter on your account information doesn't take nearly as long. I feel like it's done on purpose to make it hard to pay your bill. And then you have to call where they charge you $9 to process. So avoid that and the app works just fine.

The app takes some time to get used to. It definitely need some improvements. Too confusing. And paying my bill and all that should be nice to have in one place.

I love that there is an app, but it is touchy. Even when I have the updated version it will freeze up & kick me out. Depending on what server I'm on depends on if it will work...I just spent 5 weeks in the hospital & their server wouldn't let me have access to the VS app or website. It would be nice if the app shopping cart would remember your items for more than an hour. Other apps will hold your items indefinitely. That's my biggest pet peeve. Otherwise, I love the VS app!

New update awesome great good and all of the but now I can't log in. Now what do I do? It won't even let me go in and change the password or anything.
Hate the new app for angel card!

The new app for shopping looks ok I haven't tried it out much yet but when I go to my angel card from this new app that is all changed too! You can't do anything you were able to do on the old app for your angel card! The only thing you can do is see your balance, a summery of your account, or make a payment! There is no tab to view payments or edit them like the old app, nowhere to check your points it just shows your current point balance. You can no longer view in depth points details and if rewards were sent. Idk it's missing a lot compared to the old angel card app! It makes that part of the app pretty useless!

I don't like how I can't see a summary of my rewards, how many more points till next reward, and when my last was mailed out! Frustrated.

This app is always crashing and freezing up on me. Not everything loads and when I finally get to what I want to look at, it crashes and I have to start all over. This has been going on for years with almost every update. Come on you guys, this is Victoria's Secret, one of the richest companies in the world & you can't make a better app? I'm very disappointed.
