I just updated the app. (An update which specially was for bugs) Now whenever I open it, it crashes within 5 sec or less. I loved (past tense) this app, now I don’t

The app crashed on me just as I placed my order, which was $53.00 on my VS credit card. When I opened the app back up, I saw I still had the items in my shopping cart. Obviously thinking it didn't go through I placed that same order again. When I went to my 'purchased history' my card got charged twice for the same items. When I went to the live chat to see if one of the orders could be cancelled due to the crash, they told me they could not cancel the second accidental order or the payment. What kind of bull is that?! I don't want double the items & now I'll be charged more than $100. If I return the second order to my local VS store will I be getting my money back? This has been my third purchase using the app and I'm thinking; never again. Might as well just go in store.

I find this app experience to be a little frustrating; it’s a little glitchy, slow, and difficult to navigate. I think the bulky design was cute a few years ago but I wish they’d update and make the navigation a little more user-friendly. I find that I often put carts together but don’t checkout. This drives me crazy because I want to spend money on cute stuff! But I just hate the app so much. I end up giving up before placing my orders, or I have to beg my guy to go through the annoying process for me. ?

I like to shop online, but the Victoria Secret app and web page are so slow most of the time they never load. My connection is fine, it only happens with this app and website.

Love Victoria’s Secret but I don’t like this app at all. It’s slow and glitchy and difficult to navigate. Can’t find what I want to buy. Usually the actual menu for finding the merchandise is at the bottom of the screen. Most of it is taken up by pictures of merchandise that I want but can’t find. It’s frustrating enough that I usually don’t bother to use it. Just use the website.

Easy to shop and navigate. Love that I can save offers to wallet to get the best deal. Saves my cart even when close the app so I don’t have to go hunt down what I wanted to order again.
