So slow to load -- but the real kicker is just how easy it is to be suspended from accessing your account and credit card payments... if my bill is late because I tried my CORRECT credentials too many times, I better not see a late fee.

The app is amazing the only thing I’m really concerned about is will there ever be a time when we can use more than three offers? Like at least four or five offers would be nice there’s a lot of great offers you have plus those rewards we earn makes it a little harder to pick which ones we’d like to use so being able to have at least four or five offers would be very beneficial!! Thank you again and I love your items❤️??

I love this app! It makes it so much easier to make my orders, wish list, and love it list for my gifts/Christmas gifts for my girls, family, and friends. VS has such wonderful prices on-line and in stores, plus they add special offers. Did I mention they also allow you to add points for additional offers and gifts!! WOW, Love this app!! Thank you VS

I have made complaints about this app before and it hasn’t gotten any better. I have the latest download and my phone is all up to date. I have an iPhone 7 so technology should not be an issue on my side. I cannot sign into my account on the PINK app but I can on the VS one and website. It’s not a password issue. I wanted to use the $50 free shipping code due to scanning my mail and I can’t even use it because the app won’t allow me to sign in to checkout. There isn’t a code to put in so I can’t use it in the other app or on the website. As much as the merchandise costs, you guys should be able to afford a properly working app. It seriously makes me dislike even shopping at this store. My store is an hour and 20 minutes away so driving there is an inconvenience.
