Heard about this app and wanted to give it a try. Well I couldn’t even get past the sign-up page; entered my phone# & I kept getting mssge “phone number in the system”.?? So if my cell phone number is in the system how in the heck, am I supposed to get sent the verification code?! Thank goodness it bombed right from the start ...so I wouldn’t get burned later on????

Please do not use venmo Horrible help center The reason why I couldn't update my phonenumber. They doesn't want to update my number. Weido!!
Terrible App Doesn’t Work

The app worked great for a long time. Now I am unable to get my money AND I am unable to contact costumer service to get issues fixed because the “contact us” part of the app does not work. Needs to be resolved ASAP.

Downloaded for instant transfer feature. Didn’t work. The “Help” chat couldn’t tell me anything except it didn’t go through. Now I have money that I need stuck in a cyber account that does me absolutely no good. Terrible mistake using this app.
Credit cards don’t work.

Don’t use this app. It worked fine for a long time. Then suddenly “your credit card doesn’t fit the security requirements”. Real specific and helpful. ?
