Randomly unlinked bank account

Unlinked my bank and when I try to add it back - says already on account even though I deleted it. There is no double layer security. My account was locked trying “too many requests “ while trying to fix these bugs
Worst customer service ever

Terrible customer service, they have no clarity on any situation and just keep you on hold for 10minutes to transfer you to another representative that knows nothing. They might as well hire kindergarten students to work there, they would do a better job then there current “employees”

I have never written a review for anything! EVER!! This app was worth my time. Can’t say enough about it. It’s just fabulous!!
Shared bank account

My husband and I have a joint bank account. Venmo does not allow two different people to have the app link to a shared account. I will never be able to use this app.
Privacy Settings don’t work.

I would recommend that anyone who uses this app check with a friend to see what view others have of your account. After writing this review, I am going to close my account. An issue in privacy suggests that there are issues in other areas, like security, that are even more important.
