Keeps disconnecting bank

Basically every other transaction I make gives me an error that my account has “lost connection “ and I must delete and re add my information. It’s annoying and does make me feel safe to have to keep re-entering my personal info. It didn’t let me pay a friend but I had an active balance that I was able to transfer to my bank even though it supposedly wasn’t connected.

I recently went through an unauthorized transaction where I didn’t even know who the person was I know for a fact that I didn’t pay this person. And the customer support decided I did and denied my claim. How frustrating is as a customer, they don’t even care if your information is stolen! This is ridiculous. I will stick with Zelle and never use Venmo again!!! Worst experience!!!!

You can only spend so much money a week and then it stops - period- you can’t transfer your money to the bank - you can’t use it AT ALL!! Money can be sent in - but you can’t touch it. Would not recommend!!
