My account was hacked and I know multiple people who have also been hacked. Once I get my money back I will be deleting my account.

Very upset with Venmo . Keeps declining my purchases when there’s more money in it than the purchase amount. I called customer service and they don’t have an answer to why. That is ridiculous.
Venmo debit card support is non-existent.

I’ve had $200 pending on my card for 40 days now, and I can’t get any replies from Venmo written support. My tickets stay open and without reply. Very troubling behavior for a company like Venmo to exhibit.

Company does not take proper security measures when a Venmo card is opened. A card was opened in my name without any identification from the user that used my identity but then when I went to close the card, the Venmo customer service rudely asked for my ID to verify my name on the card. I wouldn’t had to call to cancel a card that I didn’t open if you would have asked for an ID to begin with. Venmo is a scam and would never use this app.
