Scam of a company – Venmo Review

Company does not take proper security measures when a Venmo card is opened. A card was opened in my name without any identification from the user that used my identity but then when I went to close the card, the Venmo customer service rudely asked for my ID to verify my name on the card. I wouldn’t had to call to cancel a card that I didn’t open if you would have asked for an ID to begin with. Venmo is a scam and would never use this app.
