I’ve had many issues with Venmo. For one when you call customer service it seems like no one their has control of their own system. They can’t override simple issues they don’t have authority. I got red flagged for sending my babysitter a payment and Venmo held on to the money for over a week and no one could help. I’m now having an issue sending money and once again nothing Venmo can do about it. Their solution to my problem is use another company.

If someone pays you, and that person doesn’t like the service they were provided, and decides they want to mess with you, you still did the work and don’t refund, venmo will take it upon themselves to freeze your account and be unresponsive. I am Very unhappy with their services.

What about landscape mode for iPad? 99.99% of all apps have both portrait and landscape modes. Your app among extremely low percentage of those who doesn’t. I hope you’re working on it.
