Yeah the app won’t open

It’s been like this for a while. Updated. Restarted. Think the apps done

Good product, horrible app
Kevinhp

The smart light bulbs are a great product, but the app is horrible. My lightbulb "names" keep switching back to their MAC address rather than what I named them, the Bluetooth doesn't connect well even when I'm in the room, and multiple devices aren't supported well. Please devote more resources to the app so that I can justify buying more of these smart light bulbs. The concept is great...just not the execution.

Rarely works
EllieA2

The light bulbs are great, but the app only works 1 in 10 attempts. When it does work, it's nice to be able to change the color and brightness of the bulbs. And I was looking forward to using the scheduling feature. But the app loses connection to the bulbs so frequently that simply turning on my lights becomes a frustrating experience. To regain connection, I've found that deleting the app and reinstalling it sometimes helps. But not always. And forget about trying to find support on the company's web page. It's nonexistent. I've emailed the support department, but haven't gotten a response. I will be switching to another brand of smart lights because I love the idea of a low-energy bulb with this much control.

Dissapointed

Worked great for one bulb, added 2 more and app can't remember they're connected.

So far, not good
Sparkymark4444

Loses connection and the light freezes in a color. App has a lot of work to do to make this a great product. Having the option of programming color fades would also be nice. I like the bulbs those. 5 star for those.

Add widget

Works good

The app works well for me. Don't know what other people were having problems with.

Perfect for strip lights
Nicholas Calderone

So the strip lights are very bright and a decent length. The LED stops do how ever get very warm for an LED. I'm not sure how I feel about the heat since I leave my hue strips on all the time without ever getting this warm. The app is very basic. I mean you can turn them on and off and change the color. You can also set a scheduled time to turn on or off. But besides that the app seems like it's incomplete. I would love to see added to the mood section the option to have the colors fade in and out. They have a good product just spend more time on it to make it great.

Works for 12 hours then stops

Worked for a day on and off then completely stopped working and had to switch back to normal bulb..DO NOT BUY.

Pairing is great, nothing else is
Sezyz1259

I got these Bluetooth LED strips for free from an app called Total Trivia, and for free, they're pretty good. The LEDs themselves are great, they could be brighter but I don't really mind. The pairing process is simple, easy, and completely automatic. When you first launch the app, it starts scanning for the smart items that you have. This is also annoying, it has to reconnect every single time you open the app, and it takes a few seconds, its fine though, I can live with it. Here is the part where I drill into the app and point out the bad things. The color picker wheel-- cool -- barely works, you can't just tap what color you want, you have to swipe to it from another color, and it isn't accurate. The contrast slider doesn't work, if you try to slide it even a nanometer, it will make the LEDs turn light beige or light pink. The whole app is janky. The scroll wheel for the time when I set a schedule lags or moves at 0.9 fps. The settings button does nothin but scan for more bulbs or LED strips and when/if you accidentally click it, you cannot back out of it until it finishes scanning which takes what feels like 10 seconds. This is a BIG issue; it doesn't have a fade feature or even a jump feature. It cannot fade through the rainbow on its own, the app won't allow you to do it. It doesn't even have a jump feature to jump to different colors. And this is t needed but one thin that would be nice is to have a DIY feature where you can set the level of each color to be able to create your own color, or a full color wheel instead of a ring. Sorry for rambling at certain parts. I have no issue with you guys, just, please fix your app! -Thanks
