The app does what it needs to do and the lights work great. However, it is inconvenient to use a separate app when all other smart devices are controlled by Alexa and HomeKit. I would definitely buy more smart lights from this company if they added this capability.

The app hardly if ever works and even when it does rarely connect it loses the connection and will not change color nor adjust the brightness horrible item do not ever purchase if your life depended on it

The owners are brits, I just can comprehend what the f€ck is going on. I’ve deleted more than 10 times and 10 times downloaded, cause it freezes . You could say, just leave it and go somewhere else, but I Can not, cause I have more than 5 bulbs, I love the colors of the lights and that’s it. They have to do something....

I wish I could have my lights separate from my Step sons lights. He will accidentally turn mine on or off and I will do his also because the App continues to drop the name of the bulb. I wish I could set the bulb to slowly come up to a brightness I want in the mornings. The app really needs work but it seems like they don’t care about improving the app.

After updating iPhone software to 11.3, I can no longer control my lights. However, my wife downloaded the app on the old software and it works. Please update the app so work properly in 11.3. I will upgrade my review when it works again.

I won two light bulbs on a trivia game so I installed the app and it just wasn’t as great as I thought it would be. I don’t know why but one of the most annoying things to me is you can set the timer for 59 minutes or an hour and one minute but not one hour even.

You have a better chance at winning the Mega Millions while getting struck by lightning while being swept up by a tornado and waking up along side a yellow brick road headed to Oz than you do getting this app to work! Restarting your iPhone is your best bet for this to not freeze up on you and even then your odds aren’t as good as the absurd scenario mentioned above. Seeing similar posts from months ago leaves little to no hope in their effort to correct these errors so unless you’re someone that won their product I wouldn’t purchase ANYTHING from this company EVER!

The lights are cool, but the app is just terrible! The app freezes and won't find the lights via Bluetooth... And since that is really the only way to use the lights, I give them 1 star. It would be nice if you could choose a random color for schedules. Meaning the color of the light changes each time it turns on. But I will say, when everything works, these lights are awesome! (I own 2 rope lights and 2 bulbs)

The app developer hasn’t updated the app and so it does work on the current iOS. Currently the app doesn’t work AT ALL with bulb. HUGE RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!!!!
