Horrible app

Tried to use this app in sept 2018 with my Muvi K2 camera. App is horrible and full of bugs. Just randomly jams and works 15 percent of the time max. Time to move on to the Go Pro or something like that. Camera is fine but the app is true garbage. Will not let consistently monitor what you see from camera. No phone number to call to get customer support. Stay away from Muvi camera and app products.
Crashes on gallery transfer

Not sure what the deal is with this app but for a quality camera that takes amazing pics and video the app is horrible.When i connect through the wifi using my ipad or iphone as soon as the gallery shows up you click on it and it automatically shuts down the app and no pics or vids can be transfered.Please fix this or it will be my last veho camera.

Great camera. I wish the viewing from my phone to the app would work all the time rather than 10 percent of the time. I record tennis matches and need to see how to adjust the camera.

I”ve used both the GoPro and the K-1 and the K-1 seems easier and simpler to use. I find myself selecting the K-1 anymore just for the dependability, not that the GoPro wasn’t dependable, it just took more time to set up, and had more glitches.

For such a great camera the app fails very short. I like the ability to use the app as a remote after that the app is useless. It has a look and feel like it was made for an iPhone 3 and its security is just the same. In order to even try to log into "YouTube"(not even google) you need to lower your security settings in google. I still haven't been able to log in. Getting help from their tech support seems to be a futile attempt for me. I guess if they made the app good nobody would buy the actual remote. I just wish I could upload my files from the app oh even Dropbox fails if the file is more than 300mb
