App does not even install properly only to 99%. The app keeps scanning, but never stops. Reloaded several times to no avail! Pro duct needs a lot of work.

Terrible product, what a rip off. Not at all what was advertised. App doesn't stay connected to bulbs and if there is more that one person in your household that wants to control the bulbs... think again! I either have really expensive white bulbs or very fragile paperweights! Save your money don't waste it on this product, you will be disappointed!

I have 4 smart bulbs and a lighting strip from this company (not cheap) and the only way to control each of those is through this app. I can only get it to connect to one bulb/strip at a time (if I'm lucky), rendering the rest of the products absolutely useless. Waste of money. UPDATE YOUR APP TO FUNCTION PROPERLY, KASA!

These smart bulbs are great and so is the "app" if you have plenty of spare time to get everything set up only to find out the next day that the app is locked up! Try the text support, it's worth a laugh or two. What they don't tell you is when the app locks up, simply turn off your iPhone, restart and keep your fingers crossed. Such a great product to be connected to such a poor tech staff!
Terrible and doesn't work

Tried making this app work and pairing with Bluetooth to control the lights and it doesn't work. When I turn it on the only color it shows is blue. Complete rip off from veho. Thanks!

Will NOT connect to their Kasa app. Light flashing amber/green indicating ready to configure. App unable to find lug. Bad software.

I also feel stuck. I have bought several and they work great when you have two or three going. But trying to get them all in sync is difficult. Not sure what else to do. Set up was easy. They looked great. But then you add another bulb and it will not work no matter what. When you name them on the app, it also will not save the name next time you turned it on
