Recently I've been having the problem of it not letting me comment during lives and I don't like It, wonder can it be fixed? Other than that I don't have any problems.

I just got the app right now and when I press on the app it has the logo then I'm on it for about 2 seconds and it logs out of the app and goes back to my home screen. Please try to fix this bug or whatever it is so I can give this app a better review

The app works really well, but the only problem I have is that the app keeps on logging me out. Even though that happens I really think this app is a great app.

I’ve heard many great things about this app but I am just unable to sign up for it. I wish there was a way to just sigh up with an email.

I’ve had this app for years, and I love it so much because it allows artists to connect with fans all around the world, but I’ve been having an issue lately: I don’t receive notifications from the app. I don’t know what happened :( It worked perfectly fine on my old phones (an Android and an iPhone), but after I downloaded it onto my new phone, I no longer received notifications. I don’t know what the problem is because both of my old phones were receiving notification prior to getting my new phone. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app; I’ve signed out and back in; I’ve turned notifications on and off in my phone and app settings; and I reset my notification certificate multiple times. Please fix this in the next update because it seems that others are having the same issue.

I love this app and getting to watch my favorite artists but I have the notifications enabled but I NEVER get notifications, so I miss every live and I’m really over it :(((
