I use this app a lot. But lately it’s been kicking me out of the app and hasn’t been letting me use it at all. Has this been happening to anyone else? Is there a way to fix it? I would like it to start working back to normal as fast as possible

Whenever I try logging in my account, its always says something about my email. I already reseted my password, like 2 times! Plus, I accidentally made a purchase for the BTS Fanship and when I went to bed and I woke up the next morning, the email wasn’t sent..

i get no notifications and when i reset it, it still doesn’t reset or give me notifications. my sister has to remind me when the idols are live and she gets the notifications and i don’t.
