I haven't been able to open my app for at least 2 days. It crashes every time I open it. This has never happened before.

Keeps Crashing

The app has been crashing 3 seconds after opening. It’s been crashing for the last 4 days. Please fix this!

I was really excited to get this app because I heard every talking about it. I wanted to catch all the lives that my idols do, but I get absolutely no notifications for anything as an iOS user. I’ve missed all VLives because of this. It’s ridiculous. I’ve reset the notifications inside the app, deleted and reinstalled it, turn notifications off and on in Settings, but nothing. works. This is a serious issue, please fix it.

App no longer works after last update

My VLIVE app won’t even open since the last update. It acts like it’s trying to open and then it just blinks and takes me to my home screen. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, but no luck. I can’t watch BTS Run! Ugh! Please fix!!

I don’t get notifications on my phone only on my iPad. I used to get them on both. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it, I even rest the notifications on the app and Nada, nothing changed. ?do I have to only have one device logged in??

This app is great! Perfect for keeping up with all my favorite groups, such as Monsta X and Red Velvet. However, I do have one small nitpick. Sometimes, the app will randomly log me out. It even did it while I was actively watching a livestream once. :(

Tapping is so hard for no reason

I cannot pause, close, or rewind without tapping 50x for the wrong thing to be tapped on. Also why is the chat laid over the videos? I should be able to disable seeing the chat especially on old lives. If it wasn’t for all the exclusive BTS content I’d delete this thing.

Hello, in the past the app worked perfectly fine. No incidents happened to make me frustrated until now. The app keeps closing on me as soon as I open it. Why is that?
