Dear Vlive, I just got this app and...It may hurt your feelings. When I first got it and I was like wanting to watch run bts since we can’t watch it full in yt. I.GOT.SHUT.DOWN. I had to make a account in order to use v live.Ny heart broke!My hopes to watch run,and bts streams were gone.I tried using my parents email then a different one but SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THE USERNAME OR PASSWORD! Plz have a solution for username From, TheUmUPerson

I had Vlive on my iPod and it was working perfectly fine. Then when I got a phone I downloaded it on there. I couldn’t get notifications. I did the thing were it tells you to reset them but it still didn’t work. On my iPod I still get notifications, so I figured I’ll delete the app. And it still didn’t work. But other then that the app is so much fun.

i’ve had this app for about a year and a half now on my ipad and it’s been amazing. recently i switched phones and because my new phone is faster, i decided to finally downalod vlive on my phone. i downloaded it and logged into my account. a few hours later i checked the app and i saw two groups went live and i never got the notifications!! i checked my phone settings and in app settings. i even reset the in app settings and i still don’t receive notifications ☹️ everything was fine on my ipad but for some reason it doesn’t want to give notifications on my phone.

What annoys me about this app is that it keeps asking me to sign in. Also when I want to watch in on my iPad, I can’t access any of the videos. So I usually just use my phone, which is sort of annoying. I’d really love for them to be able to recognize all your devices and I’d also really like to be able to keep my information. Other than those glitches, it’s good app with good quality and I like how you can go back to the very beginning of when your favorite artists started.

This App Is Wonderful, But I Can’t Use My Stickers During My Favorite Idols When They Are Live. I Do Not Know What The Problem Even Is. But I Hope This And The Fact That I Cannot Even Place Comments Because It Won’t Let Me. Please Do Fix These Issue And Make This Great App Even More Better.

idk what to do woth this

I had this app on many other apple devices like an iPad and it always loads and has no problems. But for some reason when I download it on my phone every time i press the app it loads and then the screen turns black and kicks me out. I cant even sign in cause it always kicks me out.
