This app is really great to use. It is really fun to see all the K pop stars and especially up so close. At first I had no problems with the videos but now the videos will not load. They say there is a temporary error (104) as that I need to reload even though nothing is wrong with my wifi. Please fix this so I can start watching again!

i can watch broadcasts and videos normally when connected to wifi, but any time i use cellular data, it doesn’t work! i have it turned on in my settings. i’ve had this problem for a few months but the updates don’t fix the issue. i hope i’m not the only one with this problem?

App Expansion

There really needs to be and expansion of where/which device you can use the app on. You should be able to use it on Chromecast since you can use Google Play with that, or on Xbox, or Amazon Fire Stick, etc. Why is it only limited to Android Smart TVs that you can get an app to watch the Live+ items on? I paid for these items so why is it if I wanted to watch it on a big screen I have to have a 4K smart TV? I bought these packages without knowing and do I really only have the option to watch a concert on my itty-bitty phone screen? I understand your concern for people pirating, but it’s very inconvenient to the people who paid for these items who want to enjoy it to their full capacity. Please fix this; make the app more accessible on other platforms.

Keeps Crashing

The app keeps crashing. When I first downloaded it, the app would show the blue screen and then sends me back to my home screen. Wth.

The app is good and very interactive.....BUT! Am I the only whose phone won’t tilt to landscape one way? I can only watch it tilted one way and I’m very confused as to whether it’s my phone or other people’s

NEEDS IPAD VERSION

I love V Live and the content it provides, but one big issue for me is that it's not iPad compatible. I have an iPad Pro 12.9" screen, and especially when I buy content with my own money, I would like to enjoy it in HD and full screen. I know there's a 2x magnification, but it's just a pity to look at. It definitely doesn't fill up my whole screen. Also it's only in landscape mode. If these changes were made, especially it being iPad compatible, this app would deserve a 5 star rating.

Well I love the v-app I use it often, the problem I’m having is that I can’t view any of my purchased content it’s say that I used all five of my registered devices but I just my phone and iPad. There no way from me to check and there is nothing in the faqs about this. It’s so hard to get into contact with any to fix the issue and I’m just annoyed because I paid my money for this cause content and I can’t even view and there no one around to help
