Lo que se logra hacer está bien. Solo hay que mejorar unos pocos enlaces que al pinchar dicen no estar disponibles y que deberían estar apuntando al Informed Delivery. Otra cosa es que no he logrado realizar la reprogramación de una entrega a través de este medio. Para reprogramar una entrega que supuestamente han intentado y que a pesar de estar esperando en casa no me ha llegado, he tenido que recurrir a contactar por vía telefónica al servicio postal y hacerlo a través de empleados postales en los EE.UU.

I was following a pkg and it kept saying the label had been created but pkg hadn’t been been dropped off. I messaged the seller and she sent me her update and it was on its way and I received it with in a day later. On my app it never changed even after she sent me where the pkg was

I love the idea of seeing my mail before seeing if I need anything important. However, I never receive anything on packages. It’ll say 0 packages and when I check the mail my mail box will have packages. I’d like to see this improve.

Updates are very misleading...I have a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday with no new updates. So disappointing. I will use FedEx from now on.
