Can’t Request a Pickup Anymore – USPS Mobile® Review

Used to be able to request a pickup in the app but now you can’t because when you get to the item where it asks where your pickup items are located (such as the front door, porch, at the mailbox, etc.), you’re only given the “Select” choice, which isn’t a choice at all. So at that point you can’t progress any further and that’s it. It’s a shame because otherwise the app is good. Guess they just messed something up and with lack of QA rolled it out. Maybe someone will read this review and fix it. Fingers crossed.
