When a shipment is missing there ought to be an update. I have both express and ground shipments either missing or over a week late. Really? Is UPS so backed up that not even daily updates can be uploaded? Some tracking numbers haven’t been updated since 11/27 and 11/29.

I understand that most 1 star reviews are just people blowing off steam from one issue they had but I can assure you this is not that. I waited to write this review so that I could give it a fair shot. After multiple.... multiple issues I have come to the point that I will buy a completely different brand of a product solely to avoid UPS. My most recent issue being an iPhone I had recently purchased "guaranteed" to be at my house on the 1st.... then the 2nd...3rd...so on. I set up the package to be delivered as I had had enough of false guarantees in which the customer service rep again "guaranteed" me that my package would be available at 9am on the 4th and that it was currently in Orlando (where it should be). I showed up around 12:30pm to be told that my package hadn't even been scanned into the facility by an extremely rude rep of the company who completely ignored my questions. So I called customer service again in which a new rep told me that my package was in Kentucky, then I got transferred and my package was back in Orlando all of sudden and it had been scanned in days ago, then transferred again and they didn't know where it was. All in all I will avoid this company all together and I strongly suggest everyone else does as well, saving a few dollars is not worth the hour long drives to facilities and head pounding issues from horribly rude reps.

Apparently this app is no good! I gave it one star because I had to! I put my tracking number in and it says delivery date and it’s wrong every time. I call the call center and they tell me they don’t have any records of even having my packages! UPS and their app has lost my respect!

All I get is a black screen. The app won't launch. Using the iPod Touch 5th gen.

Loved this app. Totally relied on it to track my shipments. Now it is useless. Won't let me login. Then when I does, it's got a blank screen. Fix this, ASAP.

Latest release does not work. Please update immediately or rollback to old version (oh, and fire the app developers that let this be released without proper testing).

Surepost upgrades to ups ground r being delivered to the USPS it is upgraded and ignored Very sluggish log on ThAnks.

Crashes every time I login and start my ups access whatever.. Don't waste your time downloading.. Horrible app.
