Five times (!) I tried to put my information into this app to track a package...it is much easier to click the tracking number through the emails I get from UPS and the Seller...forget this phone app ??

Removing the feature to save a tracking number that hasn't been put into the UPS system yet is outright annoying. It's not fun having to constantly re-enter tracking numbers. Please put this feature back in the next update.

Don’t like the app. I don’t use it on a daily, but maybe 2-3 times a month.... the user name and pass word are to diffacult to remember, and I often get lock out..... therefore it’s useless to me

11/21/17- I updated my rating because UPS updated their application and it is now working on iPhone 8. According to an Oct 5,2017 response from UPS on the Apple support page: “ At this time the UPS mobile app does not support iOS 10.3.3 and the iOS 11 for iPhones. Until that support is release you will need to use another operating system or use the Online web site.”

Absolutely a POS piece of software. Log in disappears. Directs you to the website. Deleted. Maybe a delete reinstall is the answer but doubtful.

Happy with UPS app. It does what I need and I have no problems with app crashing or not give me my package info. I read other reviews but I disagree with most bad reviews. You should try it out to make you own decision regarding the UPS app itself.

Hey everyone, I am an UPS delivery driver. We deliver packages all day. Business comes first because they pay more to get it delivered quick, plus they’re aren’t open all day. Next is residential. If your package(s) haven’t arrived between noon and three then most likely it will arrive some time after five. So you guys will have to wait and keep playing the guessing game or just have it delivered to your job.
