I love the store ulta and I always shop there but I have to say that they have to work on the app . I recently ordered something from their page and when I first made my account I lived somewhere else . Even though I clearly put for my stuff to be delivered to my new address they still sent it to my old address. As soon as I received the email I called Ulta Help center to see if they could change it to the correct address and they told me there’s nothing they could do . I would have to call ups and ask for them to hold it at a store . When I called they told me there was nothing they could do because they sent it to a local post office n they’re the ones who actually deliver it . So basically I couldn’t do anything about it . It’s very frustrating to try to do all this simply Bc the app still sent it to the old address. I hope they fix that situation, but until then I will no longer order anything from them online .
The app 'page' won't 'turn' to fit a different screen .

Whenever I go on your app using my iPad, I have to use the iPad vertically. If I turn the iPad to use as a 'computer screen' your app does not 'fit' the screen like every other app I use will do! What's up? In the beginning the app was confusing to move around. It took many searches to find how to get to cc info and or make a payment. More tedious than other user friendly apps! I have gotten adjusted to it but it isn't a favorite!

I love having rewards apps such as this one because (in theory) I could show a sales person my favorited items to help me find them in store. However, I have never once been able to get the app to work when actually at an Ulta store. I’m not entirely sure if it’s the app, but from my experience the app itself seems to be the issue.

Why isn’t the app available on my iPad? I like to do my shopping off of it because it’s bigger. I’m not understanding why it’s not an option...

I had several items in my cart and left my phone for 10 minutes and when I came back it had emptied the cart. I did not want to start over.

I was genuinely surprised by how well this app functions, and by the overall design of it. Most apps for companies like this end up crashing easily or just plain looking bad, but the Ulta app is great! I especially love the favorites feature so you can mark your favorite products and ones that you want to try in the future.

i love ulta it makes shopping for makeup easy and it gives you so many options that may not be in stores! i love makeup and i love ulta! when i get bored i go on the app ulta and i could sit there for a while looking at ABH, tarte, too faced, and morphe. there are way more options, but that’s just some of the few that i loveeeee!
