My account login never works. Reset password never works. The password given for reset does not work. Stores never answer the phone Get your act together Ulta If we can’t book by and we can’t book by the appt I will go elsewhere Every time I need an appt it takes an hour to finally book. This is a waste of time. IMPROVE YOUR SOFTWARE.

Haven’t been able to place an order through this app, When I try to purchase something it doesn’t accept the payment method no matter what it is if Ulta store card, PayPal or any other card and on top of that they deduct your rewards as if the order was placed!!! And I even notice that when trying to use my ulta rewards credit card they also deduct the order total from my balance and they don’t make that money available for 15 days. Worst app, worst card system ever.
