App needs improvement

For the longest time the app would constantly log me out and it annoys me that I can only log in with my email. I’d rather use my phone number. There were also glitches when browsing items.

I haven’t been able to use the app in months. It’s so annoying. Every single time I try to use the app to make a purchase, I keep getting an error: 403 that says the app is taking a break! What the hell. I just wanna buy makeup & the website isn’t as easy to use as the app. Sephora’s app has NEVER given me this problem & the shipping is faster. Update: I’ve also emailed Ulta’s support email multiple times & have gotten no response.

This is the best app ever!!! Literally has everything I need I don’t even have to drive at the store I can just get the app and order what I want and I get rewards and coupons and it’s the best app ever!!!

So I went Ulta beauty cause I have a 15 that I’m in tomorrow and the lady that did my eyebrows mess up I don’t have an end on my right eyebrows and she cut more hairs then my right and she took my hair where is supposed to line up on ur eyes but nope I thought they were gonna do good but nope cause my friend had her eyebrows done and they did them good

Something you should add to the APP

At checkout it would be nice to have the option to enter more than one gift card for payment options. So now I’ll be making a trip to the store for purchase, not in app. But it’s nice seeing what your stores carry.

Need to organize faves

My only complaint is that when I’m looking for something in my favorites, I have to scroll forever to find it. It would be so much easier if my favorites list could be categorized.

Literally the glitchest of apps. So frustrating!

I’ve tried uninstalling and redownloading more times than I can count. I’ve updated the app whenever a new version becomes available and even will restart my phone too; all to no avail. Every time I try to maneuver within the app, I receive an error message saying the app is taking some BS beauty rest and will be back but it’s never back. Ever. Every since I downloaded the app a few years ago it has never worked properly which makes me sad because I love the Ulta stores but unfortunately I live overseas and online shopping is my only option. Because of this issue it’s forced me to use the Sephora app, which thankfully has never given me ANY issues. I’d really love to be able to use both apps in harmony though. Developers, please fix this.
