This appp is very useful!!! Especially during a pandemic. I can easy order products and get them shipped straight to my home. It also gives description on every product the have.

Nothing will load since the new iPhone iOS update. Useless app until this is fixed.

Since the last update, I haven’t been able to see absolutely anything. The app just doesn’t load and it’s extremely annoying.

I always get the request times out notification! Plus it never allows me to sign in. The couple times the app does work, the app is not very easy to use. There are so many glitches where I cannot read reviews, see if an item is in stock, and items I like end up disappearing. Step up your game Ulta. Sephora’s app is way better and more user friendly and nice to look out hence I end up buying more items from there because of ease.

I've loved using the app, but after the recent update it won't even load. I can't use the app for anything. It has been this way for weeks now.
Delete the app and redownload

I love this app and I use it quite frequently to do curbside pick ups for my daily routine. I was very upset when nothing was downloading and I was in a hurry one day. I looked to see if there was an update yet since the iOS 14 update. I saw all the negative app reviews saying this was a problem for everyone. I thought well I tell patients all the time to delete the app and let’s try again. I took my own advice that I hate hearing and deleted it. It fixed the problem and I am now able to use the app again. So for anyone struggling with the app not showing anything give it a try. As much as I hate that advice it worked.
