$22B company can’t fix this

UKG is worth $22 billion, but they can’t have the security measures in place to prevent this from happening in the first place? Some people got paid 10% of their paychecks. Some people got 0%. All because this company decided it didn’t care enough about its customers to be secure. The merger happened in early 2020, but nobody from either Kronos or Ultimate thought “Maybe we should update our security protocols just in case…?” Don’t even get me started on the trash UI of this app which hasn’t been updated in years, long before the merging of the two companies. Looks like it’s from 1997. It’s literally that bad. The ONLY good to come from this hack is nobody has to be subjected to such an ugly UI. That says a lot about how bad this app is. Why Edgewood Healthcare went to Kronos from ADP in the first place is beyond me. At least when ADP was “hacked” it was mostly due to individual companies not being careful with activation codes. Kronos? Nah, ALL customers are affected.
Notifications Stopped Working

When I first downloaded the app, the notifications worked, but now for some reason I don’t get them anymore. It’s a pain to have to manually check to see if a new schedule has been posted. I even turned the notifications off and back on in my phone’s settings. Could you please fix this issue? Also can there be a future update where he can log in with Face ID? Having to type in my password every time is a pain

As a employee I hate this app. Why? Format is trash . We have to sign in every time we need to clock in and out. Very annoying.

This app is good to use but it needs a better design and it needs a major update in the interface.

This app is great of all you need to do is clock in and out. It does not let you enter your schedule, it does not let you review your time before the pay period ends….there’s a list of things this mobile app fails to do compared to the computer or web-based application. It would be GREAT and convenient if there wasn’t such a difference between the two.
Still no fix

Weeks later…still no fix to the ransomware attack. Shame they are not able to resume operations quicker.
