This is without a doubt the worst app! Takes so long to get from page to page or to clock in and out. It’s not surprising that Kronos is paired with this because the version we have to use now is horrible as well!

This app is awful. I can only log in about 5% of the time. I am constantly getting invalid username and password notifications when I know I am entering the correct information. It’s honestly a crap shoot on weather it lets me log in or not.

For my level of use the app is just fine. My frustration is that the FaceID only works about one in twenty times logging in. If it is an available option it should work 100% of the time. Please fix this.

I can’t say it is that good because it isn’t rlly, but it would be great if it could have a better design. I feel like any computer science intern wrote this up, heck, I could have probably wrote this up as a sophomore in college. I would opt for another app if I could choose, but I don’t make descisions on minimum wage. It would be great if you could have notifications for when the schedule goes up tho

Make your app so it doesn’t time out in less than 30 min. I have to re-sign in at the end of my lunch break each time lol

iPhone App?

Are you sure this is an iPhone app? The login screen, security question screen, and disclaimer that I can only do work in here when I’m on the clock were designed for a full sized PC monitor. I have to zoom in to even put the cursor in the field. This makes it a nightmare to bounce in and check my schedule. Every other app that I use allow the option of using a fingerprint for one-touch login. Not this one, for some reason. Lazy programmers would be my guess. If there was any alternative at all for viewing my schedule, I would use it and delete this poorly written excuse of an app.

Yeah... this app is super buggy and laggy and the mobile app is probably one of the most “user-UNfriendly” ones that I’ve had to work with. It’s 2021, at least update the look of the app, it feels like I’m scrolling through an early 2000s iPhone 1 app. Also PLEASE fix the app so we can schedule from our phones, with this much new technology you would think they would want you to be satisfied with the apps abilities.... but nah, it’s garb.

Didn’t think the name and logo could get worse looking. Wow. Just awful. UKG? Lamest name ever. No faceID. No saving passwords. Worthless.
