Wish I could give this app zero stars. Hasn’t worked in days and when it actually does work it’s painfully slow, has a bad layout, and asks me to log in every single time. They should update this app and integrate Face ID.

Just to raise awareness to everyone, Kronos/UKG has been hit by a ransomware attack keeping all of our data hostage. The eta is weeks out. Contact your state labor departments, companies should not be 100% reliant on a single entity for something as important as our pay.

I HATE this app. Completely useless at my home. I have to delete app, find app on on apple store, re-download, and then re-enter all my info EVERY TIME! The only way I have access to my schedule when I need it is to screenshot and save each week’s schedule then hope manager will not change it in the middle of the week!!! How this program become the “preferred” app by my workplace is a mystery to me. It is just a matter of time before there will be a missed message or schedule change that I will find out about after driving an hour into work!

A big middle finger to whoever let this happen (and to the hackers as well, of course). But seriously. I expect an app with an important job to properly protect my data. The app hasn’t worked since Sunday, but I don’t find out about the hack until Wednesday. I feel that the company is not keeping us informed. I am no expert, but could more have been done to protect our data and the functionality of the app from being breached. Thanks for not giving up ALL my data I guess though. Just those last four digits of the social#s it sounds like. I really hope that is all.
