Although the app can be quite useful, signing in is so inconvenient. There is no option to save my log in info so that I don’t have to constantly input my info. This needs to be fixed or I suggest everyone delete it.

The worst possible way to track time ever. This app is the worst app I have ever used…ever. It’s embarrassing for me, my employees and company. FIX IT!!!

I never liked Kronos. Their app is ugly, slow, user unfriendly and it’s missing many basic features. (Has it been updated since 1996?) But now that my paycheck got screwed up because of their trashy product, I despise it. I just looked up that UKG is worth $22 billion ?♂️. I thought it was a small company with 7 employees by the look of their app

I've never been able to view my employees information due to the "cookies enabled" error messages (cookies are enabled, confirmed by IT). Looked online and there's been reports of this since early 2020 - almost 2 years and no fix? What's the point of an app that have <50% functionality?

Update: I genuinely hope my employer terminated the contract with this terrible service as a result of the nation wide outage. I’ve had to use this atrocious application for clocking in and out with my employer for 7 years and every year it gets worse. I have a new phone on the latest software with a reliable network and even that can’t make this app function properly. I can log in as I’m walking out the door and it finally connects around the on ramp of the freeway. Thank you for adding several minutes to each pay day while also giving the illusion that I’m chronically late because of how long this application takes to load. I hope this company goes out of business. That is all
